Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Parimutuel Pro (“Parimutuel Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our software-as-a-service platform (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or submitting a request through our website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a demo or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, club or organization, email address, role, and any message you include.
Information from club use of the Service. When a club operates a pool on the platform, the Service processes event and wagering records (for example, entries, amounts owed and paid, results, and settlement details) on the club’s behalf. The club controls this information and determines how it is used.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through standard server logs and any analytics we use, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and inquiries;
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To communicate with you about the Service, including onboarding and support;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Service; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with service providers that help us operate it (for example, form and email delivery, hosting, and analytics providers), and where required by law or to protect our rights. Our website contact form is delivered through a third-party form provider that processes submissions on our behalf.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Service, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law. Requests relating to information a club processes through the Service should be directed to that club. To make a request of us, use the request form on our website.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for adults and for use in connection with lawful, private, skill-based competition. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
